We take pride in the quality of our networking products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.


1. ⏳ Return & Exchange Window

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date.
Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible unless approved by our support team due to product defects.


2. ✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in unused and original condition, with all included accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  • There must be no signs of physical damage or misuse.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Customized or special-order products (non-standard configurations) may not be eligible for return.


3. 🔁 Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same product if:

  • The item was damaged during shipping,

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was shipped.

We will cover all shipping costs for approved exchanges. If a replacement unit is not available, a full refund will be issued instead.


4. 💰 Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Refunds for promotional or discounted items are subject to case-by-case review.


5. 🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will provide a prepaid return label.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., no longer needed, ordered incorrectly), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not liable for lost return shipments.


6. 🔍 Inspection & Restocking Fees

All returned items will be inspected:

  • If the item shows signs of use, missing parts, or damage, we may reject the return or charge a restocking fee of up to 25%.

  • Products that are returned in unacceptable condition will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.


7. 📦 How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us @Our Support Email with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).

  2. Our team will review and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Pack the item securely with all original contents and label the return with the RMA number.

  4. Ship the item using the instructions provided in our return email.


8. ❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or installed products.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.

  • Final Sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable.

  • Custom-built or configured hardware not offered as standard products.

For B2B and bulk purchases, additional return conditions and restocking fees may apply. Please contact our team prior to initiating a return.
