This Terms of Service (these “Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Aurcore Technology (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of our website, online store, products, services, and any related digital interfaces ("Services").

By purchasing from, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please discontinue use of the Services immediately.

III. Product Purchase & Warranty

  • All product sales are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, including warranty terms, shipping, and restocking procedures.

  • Unless otherwise stated, products carry a limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. Warranty coverage is voided if hardware is misused, modified, or improperly installed.

IV. User Conduct

  • Some products or support tools may include or rely on third-party or open-source software (“External Software”). Your use of such components is subject to the respective license terms. We provide no warranty or support for External Software and are not liable for its performance or compatibility issues.

    • United States: governed by the laws of California

    • Other countries: governed by laws of the jurisdiction where your purchase originated.

  • Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration with an opt-out class action waiver; specific arbitration venues and procedures may vary by jurisdiction.
